Hi, I’m Alison, founder of &Scene and former CMO of Color Factory.
I spent 16+ years inside marketing teams, building brand strategy, launching content campaigns, and managing paid social budgets. I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is to keep up with content demands (and how quickly good creative can make or break ad performance).
I started &Scene to help marketers win back time and drive results with custom, scroll-stopping videos made specifically for Meta and TikTok ads. I bring a mix of creative strategy, production know-how, and trend fluency to every project.

Diego brings speed, precision, and a sharp creative eye to every edit. He’s one of the rare talents who met the high bar set by our Creative Director, Alison—a testament to both his technical skill and creative instincts. Though early in his career, Diego moves fast without sacrificing quality, making him an essential part of our post-production team at &Scene.
